Our Key Stage 2 Curriculum teaches subjects relevant to those at primary school level aged 7 to 11. With our online platform students can develop their knowledge and skills to prepare them for the transition to secondary school.
Subjects
We teach a range of subjects including English and Mathematics which all follow the structure of the National Curriculum in the UK.
English
Our KS2 English course will teach students how to comprehend many types of texts including poetry, fiction/non-fiction and stories. Students will develop their spelling, punctuation and grammar through learning new techniques in writing and reading such as the use of suffixes, silent letters and homophones. They will understand how to plan and draft their writing using dictionaries and thesauruses as tools.
Maths
Our KS2 Maths course focuses on teaching students the foundations of mathematics following the national curriculum. Learners will gain an understanding of numbers, place value and the basic operations of arithmetic. Throughout the course, students will be able to improve their problem-solving ability and develop a deeper understanding of fractions, percentages, ratio, metric measure and square and cube numbers.
